For Customers

  1. Robina Town Florist provides a means for the public to securely order direct from florists throughout the world. Robina Town Florist charges your debit/credit card a service fee and the flower value stated on each order. The service fee is retained by Robina Town Florist and provides their income for operating the service. Robina Town Florist pays the flower value to the delivering florist on behalf of customer.
  2. There are no fees payable by the florists for orders received via Robina Town Florist.
  3. In the event of your chosen florist being unable to complete your order, we reserve the right to arrange delivery by alternative florist in the area to the same details, specification and price.
  4. When placing an order, the contract is between yourself and the florist and as such Robina Town Florist, and its agents cannot be held responsible for any failing or dissatisfaction.
  5. The information on the site is provided directly by the florists and is compiled in good faith. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information, Robina Town Florist cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy or misrepresentation by the florist.
  6. The purpose of Robina Town Florist is to give the delivering florist the total amount of money they require to perform the service to your complete satisfaction. If you have any comments on the content or services that you receive from florists contained within this website, please e-mail Robina Town Florist.
  7. Guaranteed same day delivery if orders are placed by 2pm Mon - Fri and 12am Saturday.  If you order after these hours and wish for same day delivery, please contact us by phone and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.
  8. Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery to the florist.
  9. In regards to cancelling an order- If the order is over $500 a cancellation fee of $60 will apply.
  10. In regards to requesting a refund, a refund will only be given to customer if flowers are returned to our florist store.  
  11. If the recipient is not in when the florist calls they will either leave the flowers with a neighbour, and put a card through the recipients door to advise where the flowers are. The florist may put the flowers in a secure place such as an outhouse or leave a note and return them to the shop for collection or delivery at a more convenient time.
  12. Whilst your florist will do all possible to mirror the product you have chosen in shape, content and colours, we would point out that substitution of any or all the contents is permitted and will be acceptable provided the product gives value for money.
  13. For funeral items and after bereavement items, we request that you call the florist direct so that you may deal with your requirements personally.
  14. Your bank may charge a slightly different amount from the published price due to exchange rate.
